中国大陆境内我们用First Class mail发货。其他区域我们用standard Air Mail发货。大量订单一般用DHL发货。
3. 如何退回破损商品或有瑕疵的商品？

5. 如何下载MP3？
MP3购买付款之后，页面会自动跳转到下载MP3 Zip文件的链接。该文件是有有效期的，建议您马上下载，最好是当天完成下载。如果您过了下载期限而无法下载文件，请电邮service@abcrecord.com。
6. MP3下载后不小心删掉了怎么办？
下载MP3后，您应保证自己知道其储存路径。例如在您的桌面上，默认的储存路径因您电脑的设置而异。您可以在电脑里搜索曲目名称或艺术家名称来查找文件。如果您仍然找不到该文件，请电邮service@abcrecord.com。
7. 你们采用的比特率为多少？
我们MP3的编码速度为320kbps，采用的是恒定比特率。
8. MP3文件用什么播放？
MP3格式是数字音乐格式中兼容性最好的。您电脑里的任何媒体播放器或移动设备都能够播放MP3文件。
9. 为什么不是ABC（国际）唱片发行的所有唱片都支持下载？
因为ABC不是拥有发行所有唱片的版权，许多还需要获得许可。有些唱片仍需特许安排意味着我们没有该唱片的下载版权，因此我们无权发行该唱片的MP3格式。我们也在尽最大努力发行更多的MP3版本，但目前为止我们提供的MP3格式的下载，占ABC（国际）唱片网站上所有专辑总数的25%。
